Sanja and Dejan are internationally recognized social dance instructors from Serbia, known for their high-quality and structured approach to teaching. As pioneers of the salsa scene in their country, they have built a strong reputation over more than 20 years of work, teaching and performing at leading festivals across Europe and the region.
Their methodology is rooted in a deep understanding of body mechanics, musicality, and the psychology of social dancing. Rather than focusing solely on steps, they break down movement into clear and natural components, helping dancers develop confidence, efficiency, and their own authentic style.
A key element of their work is the concept of “intelligent leading and following,” where connection, clarity, and precision are at the core of every movement. Their classes offer a structured yet engaging learning experience, making even complex concepts feel accessible and natural.
At the festival, they will be teaching salsa and hosting a bachata workshop, bringing their extensive experience and recognized teaching quality to the festival.
